Q: Does your company make mould by inhouse?

A: Yes, we have our own tooling shop.

Q: What kinds of moulds can you make?

A: We can make many kinds of moulds, such as plastic injection moulds, stamping moulds, die casting moulds and silicone rubber moulds. Besides, we also can make the final product for you.

Q: What software you will use to check the drawings? And what format of drawing you can check?

A: Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD,Pro/E,UG and Soliworks software to check 2D and 3D drawings.We can check the drawings in PDF, AI, DWG (CAD) and STP (3D) or IGS (3D),x-t formats.

Q: Will you send me the free sample?A: Yes, but you should bear the freight cost yourself. We can return the money if you place a bulk order.

Q: How to pack the moulds and products?

A: For moulds, we will coat one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then cover thin films on the mould, finally pack it into free-fumigation wooden case.And for products, we will pack them with standard export cartons or pack as per customer's request.

3.HOW TO GET A QUOTATION?-Please send us drawings in IGS, DWG, STEP file, etc. Detailed PDF together will be great. If you have any requirements, please remark. We could provide professional advice for your reference. The sample will be okay if no drawings, then we will build and send you a clear and concise drawing to confirm before the quote. Meanwhile, we will keep our promise about the confidentiality of the drawing.

5.HOW CAN YOU KEEP YOUR PROMISE ABOUT QUALITY?-It is a good question. We have an independent quality department to check every step by IQC. IPQC. OQC. If there are any defective items we will take corrective action to ensure the elimination of the root cause of defects. When you get the goods and find there is a defect after check. We promise to accept your asked return at our cost or provide replacement free.

6. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP THE DIE CASTING UNITS OR THE T1 SAMPLE?-Normally, it takes 15-30 business days for the parts and 20-60 business days for the mold after getting your deposit, as the size and design are different. We have a system to ensure the time.

7. HOW TO SHIP?-The free sample or small order is usually sent by TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc, and the big order is sent by air or sea after clients confirm.
